Yes, we ensure that our Support Workers have the necessary training, competence, and qualifications to deliver the supports and services.
We have policies in place to ensure confidentiality, respect personal privacy, and deliver supports and services safely and competently. You will always be supported by qualified and experienced professionals who are governed by related polices and code of conduct. HGCS has adopted the principles of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Code of Conduct and respects the fundamental rights of clients to continue living in their own homes.
